Fall athletes from volleyball, softball, and cross country spend their Saturday morning before school starts working together on strength and conditioning.
The Roswell volleyball program joined the players from softball and cross country in a spectacular event that promoted camadery and fitness. The girls in attendance worked together in teams on rigorous physical challenges. After they completed ten rounds of conditioning, the girls listened to Roswell and Purdue graduate, Andreona Keys speak about her experiences playing at the high school and collegiate level. Then they learned about strength and conditioning and nutrition from our athletic trainer, Alison Perry.
